Step 1- Selection and cleaning of raw materials: Harvest mature Sophora japonica beans for Genistein Powder from our certified organic planting bases, then mechanically clean and inspect for foreign matter, providing pharmaceutical-grade starting material with verified botanical identity.

Step 2 - Extraction and Concentration: Counter-current ethanol extraction at regulated temperature (50-60°C) to optimise isoflavone production, followed by vacuum concentration to get a crude extract concentrate containing around 20-30% genistein.

Step 3 - Purification and Crystallisation: Multiple column chromatography separation using food grade resins and controlled crystallisation procedures to get pure genistein crystals with 98%+ purity as determined by HPLC analysis.
