The high grade product is a dry off-white to white monoclinic crystalline powder, not raw chilli powder or oleoresin and so allows perfect dosage control and formulation stability.

The product is obtained from the fruit of Capsicum annuum L. using a process of regulated extraction and purification that removes waxes, colours and agricultural residues. The result is an API-ready compound with melting point of 62°C-65°C and thermal stability up to 210°C.

This level of purity eliminates typical industrial issues such as batch-to-batch variation with raw peppers, colour contamination with clear topical gels, and lack of potency with low concentration extracts.
