Docosahexaenoic Acid Powder is a microencapsulated omega-3 fatty acid (C22:6n-3) synthesised from algal oil by spray drying. Nano-scale oil droplets are coated with a protective wall matrix of modified starch or protein-based shell materials, transforming the liquid DHA oil into a free flowing, stable powder structure.
