Product Introduction

Our Honeysuckle flower extract is made of Lonicera japonica flowers hand-picked from our certified organic medicinal herb cultivation base in Shaanxi Province. With the latest water-ethanol extraction technology, together with low temperature vacuum drying process, we maintain the whole range of bioactive constituents like Chlorogenic Acid, Luteolin and Lonicerin. Honeysuckle extract shows good water solubility and thermal stability and is suitable for a wide range of formulation applications. Our Honeysuckle Extract Chlorogenic Acid  is available in standard specifications with Chlorogenic Acid content from 5% to 98%. Production Process

Step 1 – Organic Raw Material Selection: Our mature honeysuckle blooms are harvested from our certified organic growing base at the peak period of bioactive ingredient concentration. The material is pesticide free with full traceability documentation.

Step 2 – Pre-treatment and Cleaning: Flowers are washed with purified water and air-dried under regulated conditions to minimize moisture content while retaining heat sensitive chemicals.

Step 3 – Water-Ethanol Extraction: We use food-grade ethanol-water matrices at optimal ratios and temperatures in our stainless steel extraction vessels to maximize recovery of phenolic acid and flavonoids.

Step 4 – Filtration and Concentration: Filtration in a number of stages removes plant fibres and particles. Low temperature vacuum concentration is then carried out to obtain the targeted solid content.

Step 5 – Spray Drying and Standardization: Our state-of-the-art spray drying technology turns liquid extract into a fine powder at controlled inlet temperatures and adjusts the Chlorogenic Acid level to specifications.

Step 6 – Quality Testing & Packaging: Each batch is tested in our SGS laboratory for HPLC, ICP-MS and microbiological properties before being packaged in double PE pharmaceutical-grade bags and stored in fibre drums.
