Garlic Extract Powder is a concentrated organosulfur component isolated from Allium sativum L. bulbs using ethanol-water extraction and then spray dried to form a stable off-white powder.

The main active ingredient is Allicin – a thiosulphinate responsible for garlic’s well-documented cardiovascular and immune-modulating properties. Unlike raw garlic, which quickly degrades once chopped or processed, this standardised extract locks in active substance at 98% Allicin determined by HPLC.
