Production Process

Step 2 - Cell Harvesting: Biomass is separated by continuous centrifugation at 8,000 rpm and several washing processes to eliminate leftover medium components for a pure base.

Step 3 - Isolation & Purification: The yeast cells are enzymatically lysed and then pure reduced glutathione is isolated from the cellular matrix by multi-stage crystallisation and chromatographic separation.

Step 4 - Drying & Standardization: Employ vacuum freeze-drying technology at -40°C to preserve the active thiol group, followed by micronization to achieve consistent 80-100 mesh particle distribution.

Step 5 - Quality Verification: Conduct complete testing, including HPLC assay, heavy metal screening, microbiological analysis, and stability profiles prior to packing into moisture-barrier aluminium foil bags inside fibre drums.
